Get back to your movement in the safest way possible with our small boutique class sizes. A maximum of 3-4 participants means you can ease yourself in with all the attention.
Our OUTDOOR TRAINING (when allowed) + ONLINE (donation) classes will also continue until at least November 2021.

With a variety of movement based and mindfulness classes, combining both traditional and contemporary styles of Pilates and Yoga plus meditations and workshops, The Balanced Base will have you moving freely again throughout your physical body and within.
A concept not lost on its creator who found freedom of movement whilst suffering her own chronic pain illness.
At The Balanced Base we cater for all levels of ability from beginners to experienced and will help you find the style that best supports your fitness, health and well-being in a supportive small class environment.
